Welcome to Cheese!
Cheese is the main biennial event dedicated to quality cheeses from all over the world.
It takes place in alternate years compared to the Salone del Gusto, in the city of Bra, home of the Slow Food movement.
Cheese hosts a large open-air cheese market that winds its way through the city's streets and squares, giving plenty of space to Slow Food Presidia dairy products and educational initiatives to raise awareness and appreciate the shapes of milk.
