It is never easy to talk about yourself. I am Piero Delli Rocili, from Abruzzo, born and lived in Pescara where I still live in the short breaks that work gives me.
I am a chef at the Roero Park Hotel and for me being here is a very exciting adventure.
The challenge in a certain sense is to be able to find a way in which the guests find the taste, the genuineness and the wholesomeness of dishes that are not however poor and without culture.
To make the rest of the Roero Park Hotel and the restaurant part coexist, always keeping our guests, who arrive for a period of relaxation or a work break, and find, often with surprise, a quality and variety in the dishes that make their stay much richer in sensory and tasteful moments.
